Women suffering from pelvic TB are unable to conceive baby

Two out of every 10 women with pelvic tuberculosis (TB) are unable to conceive and 40–80 percent of cases of genital pelvic TB are seen in women( IVF Centre in delhi).

Doctors say that most people are vulnerable to it, whose immune system or immune system is weak and who come in contact with the infected person. IVF specialist at KJIVF(Best IVF Centre in delhi), Dr. Kuldeep Jain, says that when an infected person coughs or sneezes, the bacteria spread to the air and when we breathe it enters our lungs. Apart from this, having sex with an infected person is also a reason for having genital pelvic TB.

It includes irregular menstrual cycle, vaginal excretion, including blood spots, Symptoms such as pain after sexual relations(Infertility clinic in delhi) are seen, but in many cases these symptoms (infection) are seen to increase significantly. "

Dr. Kuldeep Jain said that although the presence of pelvic TB in the reproductive tract is difficult to identify, there are several techniques by which to identify the disease such as the woman who suffers from pelvic TB from her fallopian tubes(Best IUI Centre in delhi) and fetal tissue. Samples are taken and sent to the laboratory, where bacteria develop and are subsequently sent for testing.

He said the most reliable method is to perform histological diagnosis or clinical identification of pelvic TB-causing bacteria, which help physicians in laparoscopy to determine whether this suspected lesion is due to TB. Polymerase chain reaction method is also used for its diagnosis, but unfortunately it is very expensive and also not reliable.

Dr. Kuldeep said that many doctors perform surgeries to cure these tubes, but it is not effective. In the end, in-vitro fertilization has to be assisted for procreation. Pelvic TB infection spreads quickly in adults who are malnourished, as they have low immunity. Therefore, catering plays an important role during treatment.

He said that such people should avoid consuming aerated products, alcohol, processed meat and sweet things like pies, cupcakes etc. Their diet should include leafy vegetables, vitamin D and iron supplements, whole grains and unsaturated fats.

Dr. Kuldeep explained, "Food plays an important role in the treatment of pelvic TB, inappropriate food can cause treatment(IVF Clinic in delhi) to fail and increase the risk of second infection."
